Eligibility	A person who has passed one of the following examinations from a recognized university: Bachelor’s Degree obtaining at least 45% marks in the subject of Human Rights Or Bachelor’s degree obtaining at least 50% marks in any other discipline.
Remarks	*5% Concession is admissible in eligibility marks to SC/ST/BC/PwD Candidates #In service seats: In service candidate should be a regular employee of any government agency with minimum five years of regular service provided that they have passed the graduation examination. In service/Additional seats candidates need not to appear in aptitude test. Their merit will be calculated on the basis of qualifying examination as per P.U rules. If the in-service seats remains unfilled, these seats shall be filled in out of the waiting list of General Category.
